How much does it cost?
There are two ways to pay to make calls: monthly subscriptions include unlimited calls to landlines² in selected countries and regions – you can also get up to 50% off an online number.
Or, with Pay As You Go you add some money to your account and then you just pay for calls as you make them. There's a flat rate of just 2.1¢¹ per minute to over 30 destinations; and here's a big list of rates to destinations everywhere else in the world.

How calling phones works
On the Call Phones tab within Skype, enter a phone number (we'll help you get the country code right) and hit the big, green call button and start chatting. When you begin to run low on credit, it's a quick trip back to your Account to top up.
Did you know?
You can set up your mobile number or online number to appear when you call someone. That way they'll know it's their special someone (you, that is) calling. Learn more about caller identification.
