Call any phone number

Call people who don’t have Skype. Simply go to the call phones tab (in Windows) or click in the contact search field (on a Mac) and type in their phone or mobile number. Save numbers you call regularly in your contact list.

Call forwarding

Pick up incoming calls when you've signed out of Skype or if you're away from your computer. Turn on call forwarding and divert Skype calls to your mobile or a landline.

People who call you Skype-to-Skype don't pay anything, even if you answer on your mobile. Any cost comes out of your Skype Credit or is included with a subscription.

To turn on call forwarding, go to Tools > Options > Calls > Call forwarding (in Windows) or Skype > Preferences > Calls (in Mac).

Voicemail

Send missed calls to voicemail and pick up your messages when you next sign in to Skype.

Call buttons
