Buy subscriptions and allocate them to your employees' Skype accounts with the Business Control Panel (BCP). Subscriptions are automatically renewed each month.

Sign in free to the BCP and add everyone in your company, then buy and assign them pay as you go credit or a subscription. Plus assign online numbers for key staff so people without Skype can dial them directly from a phone or mobile. You can also set the BCP to automatically recharge people's credit when it falls below a certain level so they can always call phones and mobiles from Skype.
At the end of each month, print an expenditure report directly from the BCP so you can see what you're spending.
