Terms and Conditions - To Bangalore or Lahore

  1. From Monday 02 July, 2007 13:00:00 GMT to Tuesday 31 July, 2007 13:00:00 GMT (the “Promotional Period”), Skype registered users shall be entitled to make calls using SkypeOut to all mobile and landline SkypeOut destinations in India or Pakistan (“Destination Countries”) at the discounted rate of 9.2¢ per minute for calls to India and 6.5¢ per minute for calls to Pakistan, subject to these terms and conditions. SkypeOut standard rate (as at the day of participating) as indicated on rates to all destinations.
  2. All SkypeOut calls are subject to a connection fee.
  3. To qualify for this promotion (the “Promotion”), you must have downloaded the Skype software and you must have a valid and active Skype user name and account (“Participant”). You will need to purchase Skype Credit to make a SkypeOut call.
  4. To participate in the Promotion you need to access www.skype.com or Skype’s local website (e.g. www.skype.es). A broadband connection is required.
  5. Skype reserves the right to suspend, shorten or extend, change or cancel the Promotion at any time. Skype also reserves the right to change and amend the terms of this Promotion including the Destination Countries at its own discretion at any time without notifying you of such changes.
  6. To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, Skype shall not be liable in contract or tort (including negligence) or breach of statutory duty or in any other way, for the loss or damage howsoever arising suffered by the user resulting directly or indirectly from this Promotion.
  7. Skype reminds users of the nature and limitations of the Internet and is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any communications network, online system or computer hardware or software that may affect access to the Promotion.
  8. Although Skype will use reasonable efforts to ensure that all information relating to this Promotion is accurate, Skype will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the promotional material.
  9. If Skype has suspicions or knowledge that any user has misused the Promotion, or been involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity relating to the Promotion, Skype reserves the right to exclude any user from the Promotion at any time and at its sole discretion.
  10. The laws of Luxembourg govern this Promotion. Any services provided under this promotion are subject to both these terms and conditions and Skype’s Terms of Service.
