Free weekend calling Spain

1. From 00:01 on Saturday 2 December to 23:59 Sunday 3 December 2006 (the "Promotional Period"), Skype users from Spain (the "Participating Country") shall be entitled to make free landline calls to the UK (the "Gift").

To qualify for this promotion (the "Free weekend calling Spain to the UK Promotion" or "Promotion"), you must have downloaded the Skype software, you must have a valid and active user name and account in the Participating Country and you must be resident of that same Participating Country ("Participant ").

To participate in the Promotion you need to access www.skype.com or Skype’s local website in the Participating Country (e.g. www.skype.es). For the Promotion to be redeemed you will need to click on the ’Free calls to the UK’ banner and read and follow the instructions on the promotional information page. A broadband connection is required.

2. The call duration and number of calls per user for the Promotional Period are not restricted.

3. Skype reserves the right to suspend, shorten or extend, change or cancel the Promotion at any time. Skype also reserves the right to change and amend the terms of this promotion at its own discretion at any time without notifying you of such changes.

4. To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, Skype shall not be liable in contract or tort (including negligence) or the breach of statutory duty or in any other way, for the loss or damage howsoever arising suffered by the user resulting directly or indirectly from this Promotion.

5. Skype reminds users of the nature and limitations of the Internet and is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any communications network, online system or computer hardware or software that may affect access to the Promotion or to the Gift.

6. Although Skype will use reasonable efforts to ensure that all information relating to the Free weekend calling Spain to the UK Promotion is accurate, Skype will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the promotional material.

7. If Skype has suspicions or knowledge that any user has misused the Promotion, resold the Gift or been involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity relating to the Promotion, Skype reserves the right to exclude any user from the Promotion at any time and at its sole discretion.

8. The laws of Luxembourg govern this Promotion. Any services provided under this promotion are subject to both these terms and conditions and Skype’s Terms of Service.
