Skype Communications S.A. and its parent, subsidiary and affiliate companies ("Skype") only use the information, ideas and proposals provided voluntarily by you on this site ("Proposal") in order to assess the viability of accepting you as a Skype partner. Skype DOES NOT accept or acknowledge all Proposals that are submitted on this site.

Please be aware that Skype may independently develop new ideas that might be similar to those in your Proposal. In order to avoid misunderstandings, you should be aware that any Proposal shall be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. Skype is free to use your Proposal on an unrestricted basis for any purpose. All personal information contained in your Proposal will, however, be treated subject to the Skype Privacy Policy.

By accepting these terms and conditions you agree to release and discharge Skype, its employees, agents, licensees, successors and assigns from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that you may now have or may later have for violation of any right(s) arising out of or in relation to any use of your Proposal or based upon any failure or omission to make use thereof.
