1. Open Norton AntiVirus (Go to Start -> All programs -> Norton AntiVirus -> Norton AntiVirus).

2. Click on “Options” and select “Norton AntiVirus”.

3. Select “Internet Worm Protection” from the list.

4. Click on the “Program Control” button.

5. Find and select Skype from the list of programs.

6. Right click on “Automatic” (Internet Access) and select “Permit All”.

7. Click OK.

Congratulations, you have successfully updated your Norton AntiVirus firewall. Restart Skype, it will automatically reconnect (this can take up to two minutes).

If Skype cannot still connect, try restarting your computer or contact your system administrator or ISP for further assistance.
