How to see your Outlook® contacts in Skype
The View Outlook Contacts option allows you to view your Microsoft Outlook contacts directly in your Skype contact list. You can dial your Outlook contacts' phone numbers directly from Skype.
Enable View Outlook Contacts
To enable View Outlook Contacts, simply go to View > View Outlook Contacts from your contact list window menu.

You will now be able to see your Outlook contacts populated as contact cards in your Skype contact list.
You can dial an Outlook contact in the same way as any other Skype contact. Select the contact and click the green call button. If the contact has more than one number, you can also choose the specific number you want to call from the contact display.
Any changes you make to your contacts in Outlook will automatically be made in your Skype contacts list.
